Any change related to premium payment mode,bonus payout frequency,cash bonus option and special date chosen under DCB option will not be allowed in future.
I wish to commute the vesting benefit up to the maximum limit allowed under prevailing regulations. I will inform the Company of any change to this decision, before the maturity date.
